  • 43% of families transitioned into permanent housing: Families now live in permanent housing. Heal Charlotte assisted with securing permanent housing for residents, paid application fees, and helped with deposit assistance.
  • 36% of individuals transitioned to living with others, including family and friends. Those individuals were located in the HMIS system.
  • 10% of families transitioned to another hotel, with the ability to self-pay for their expenses.
  • 11% transitioned into another housing program, Safe Alliance and Charlotte Family Housing.
